- September 2000: FRACTALCOMS consortium created:
UPC (coordinator), ROME, EPFL, UGR and CIMNE.- February 2001: Short proposal approved.
Consortium invited to submit a full proposal.- June 2001: Full proposal approved.
- August 2001: Contract preparation forms and description of work approved.
- October - November 2001: Contract signed by partners and EC.
